This new version of FeedbackServer is now available for download from our web site. Upgrade is free for existing customers with an up to date maintenance plan.

Starting with 5.2 you can create question groups within the same page and use skip logic change the display of the questions within that group.

A great new feature is now the ability to handle bounce backs, sometimes when you send out email invitation to your contacts their emails are not valid until now it was not possible to know which email was valid or not, using FS 's new bounce back features its possible to know if the email invitation has reached the recipient or not.

Many of you have asked to have a better way to control the export and columns display for the respondent answers. Its not possible to create data table with the columns of your choice in it and export them as CSV for excel for example. These data table can also be generate through a call to a stored procedure which makes it much more easier now to do reporting from third party tools.

Version 5.2 offers also following new cool features :

• Bounced emails are now listed in the campaign if a bounce account has been setup
• Set custom string width for the SPSS based exports
