I posted a badly worded version of this question yesterday -- I did not mean adding a drop-down to a free-form page. I meant how to add them to a Free Form Wizard question.

It appears that we have to upload the options someplace else and reference them in the question properties. But I'm not a DBA, and our actual DBAs don't know anything about the Feedback Server. Are there instructions someplace for non-developers?
