Showing statistics on the survey page

     Hello,

I'm still researching FS and want to know  one "how to"

The purpose of the survey is to register not more than 100 people in to 4 teams, not more than 25 people in each.

    t1 3 of 25
     Username1
     Username2
    t2 1 of 25
     Username1
    t3 0 of 25
    t4 0 of  25

The control have to be drop down list.

And there should be the list of replied users on the questioned page, for user could see where to register.

Is it possible to do like that?

    Hi,

yes it would be possible to do it, however you would need a least one starting question on a previous page. Once you have this question you can on any rule based screen (skip logic on questions or answers or branching) setup a new condition from the "Respondent quotas" and choose the question you have setup in a previous page and its answer. This way you can setup for example the rule that if 3 people have answered question X hide answer Z or branch to page W

    Thanks,
    Tom

     Thanks Tom,

I got the point of the skip logic and quotas. But can I somehow show to people the registered already list?

    Thanks, Mike

    Dear Mike,

what you could do is create a report, use the free text report addin in it to show one of your survey fields and then either show the report at the end of the survey (you can do this from the completion action) or use the asp.net web control of the report, or the link to point to your report (both available in the deployment section).

    Thanks,
    Tom

    Hello Tom,

Thanks for your reply, I made the report on the survey completion action.

But I still can not figure out what did you mean by mentioning usage of asp.net web control :(

would be very much obliged to you if ypu will tell me step-by-step how can I do that.

    Thanks in advance,
    Mike

Re: Showing statistics on the survey page

    Hi,

basically in regards to the report control its really the same as for the survey web control as shown in the integration demo except that instead of showing a survey it will show the report, this allows you to show a report in your own page site layout.

If you want to integrate a report within an existing ASP.NET page  you need a standard asp.net page where you will cut/paste the code  from the report deployment page in your asp.net html part where you want to show the report.

    Thanks,
    Tom
