    How to remove default value from single-choice drop down list

    Hello,

    I'm testing your trisl version of feedback server and got some troubles. I can not remove the default value, something like "[choose the answer]" please assist, how can I change this message or completely remove

    Hi,

    if you're using a dropdown list based question its not possible to supress this default selection item. What you can do though is either 1) Set any answer within your dropdown list as "selected" by checking the selected checkbox in the answer properties or you may also change the text of the default selection in the en.xml and en-us.xml in the fsxmldata/languages directory. Note however that even if you change the text of it the value of it will be null and considered as a "no answer" item.
